[news.software.nntp] C-News BATCHED_INPUT in NNTP server

Is there a way for a Bnews-site to make use of the C-News "batched
input" hook in the NNTP server (1.5.10)?  I don't want the NNTP server
to fork a new rnews for each incoming article, but I don't want to
install C-News (yet).

The batch feature only works with CNEWS at this time. In the next release,
we hope to have it work with BNEWS.
