Archive-name:, Submitted-by:, Posting-number as well as the others are 
considered an "auxiliary" header and are not a part of the "official"
RFC 1036 article header.

It is unlikely that the Archive-name: and any other of the comp.sources.*
auxiliary headers will ever become part of the official header unless an 
rfc or two are updated and the moderators change the software they use to
post with.  

If you wish to archive sources via NNTP then you will need to write or get 
software that supports it.  The rkive package posted to comp.sources.misc 
supports NNTP archiving on a per newsgroup basis.
