Version 4.33 of XBBS is now available for downloading from my system. The telephone number is 714-828-0288. This version contains many modifications and fixes the "core dump" problem on the 3B1 and Microport Unix 386 when reading messages. Please note that the above problem does NOT happen under Xenix and other SysV systems ( to the best of my knowledge ). Version 4.33 also has an improved "conference" option along with a better message reading section an improved menus. The local ECHO of the BBS user has been set initially to OFF instead of ON.
