[comp.unix.microport] Another peculiarity with EXOS/microport 386 kernel

bae@ati.tis.llnl.gov (02/24/88)

I am running Excelan TCP/IP with 386/V.3 UNIX from Microport.
Although the networking IPC all seem to work OK, the resident SYS V
IPC message queue mechanism is not working anymore. Msgget() always
returns 0 for some reason and msgsnd() and msgrcv() don't do anything
but return correct return values - they don't really send out any msgs.
All this used to work just fine. Only after I rebuilt the kernel using Excelan
TCP/IP software/device driver, I started having this problem. Does
anyone know anything about this problem?
