I have a problem. I am running 4.3bsd Unix on Vax-750's, and I want to use sdb, which has at least one nice feature that dbx doesn't, which is the ability to manage multiple processes and interprocess debugging. As you may know, 4.3bsd doesn't have sdb. I have access to the source code and tried to compile it, and found some incompatibilities between the 4.2bsd code and the 4.3bsd kernel. Now, I'm not used to hacking on the Unix kernel, so I'm looking for a solution from someone else. Now, I'm certain that there's someone out there who must have solved this problem by now. I don't want to have to relearn adb (ughhh!), which I haven't really used since my days at Berzerkely. Please share your solution with me. Thanks. -Larry Gillespie {ihnp4, sun, ucbvax, lll-crg, varian}!zehntel!zinfandel!larryg (I don't have a .signature)
