From: Mike Blackwell <MKB@CMU-CS-C.ARPA> I ordered an S100 card cage/enclosure/power supply from US Micro Sales (East, because it was closer, I didn't know there was any difference) in the middle of December. They cashed my check right away, but I didn't get so much as a confirmation. I called in Feburary to see what the story was: "You just wouldn't believe the lead time for sheet metal..." You're right, I don't. Anyway, I still haven't got anything from them. I called last week (they did ask who I sent my money to, I didn't think anything of it at the time), and they said they'd be shipping them today (Monday). We'll see, but I'm not holdng my breath. I've heard similar stories from others regarding US Micro Sales. The only reason I ordered from them was that it looked like a good deal, and I can get by while they sit on their hands. But if you need something in a reasonable ammount of time, or want any sort of support, I strongly urge you look somewhere besides US Micro Sales (East or West). cheers, -m-

It came without a manual. No amount of calling or writing has produced one. If I call, I am told that one will be shipped out immediately, but nothing has arrived. If I call and ask about ordering just a manual, I am told that it is not available seperatly. Does an yone out there have a manual for their terminal? Could I get a XEROX of the command set? decvax!ima!haddock!johna
