I have just installed the 3.0e upgrade and i had noticed that /etc/setkey did not exist after the upgrade (i had it in my .profile). So, looking in /etc for *key* i found prtkey and syskey. They look like they will do what i want, which is some minor keyboard remapping, but i don't quite know how to use them, lacking documentation for them. The only manual i received for the upgrade was a new "Software Development System Volume 1", which didn't contain documentation for these commands. Anyone know how to use them, or have the man pages for them? derek $ prtkey | head 0 0 ioctl: Not a typewriter #normally a list of keys and there definitions $ syskey get syskeys: Not a typewriter #normally an error about bad argument -- Derek Terveer det@hawkmoon.MN.ORG w(612)681-6986 h(612)688-0667 "A proper king is crowned" -- Thomas B.
