Can anyone tell me how the support for non-standard hard disk types (i.e. head/cylinder configurations which are not in the ROM table) works for System V/AT? The 2.3 and later Release notes indicate that there is such support, but I cannot find out any more detail about it. I am thinking about using a removable hard disk (5 MB, 306 cyl., 2 heads) with my system, but unfortunately it is not contained in my ROM table. Thanks in advance for any help! -- Wolf N.
