I had my tough times with them too, but I found the technical staff extremely helpful. They took a lot of abuse in this echo, and at least in my case I found little reason for complaint. They, including yourself, got me through a number of struggles and Ken Chapin was especially helpful and always willing to answer my questions. The final result is, of course, that I managed to get our GIS system up and running under an operating system that no one will be able to get their hands on. -dave gerdes
