I owe Microport (and its people) an apology. The guy who I dealt with
about getting DOSMerge to run was right: I had a hardware problem with
my Everex motherboard. I replaced it last night with a DTK, and now
DOSMerge works perfectly.
Not all of Microport's problems were with their code...
