Hello... I am running Microport 386 Ver 2.2 (8 September 1987), and DosMerge 386 release Beta 0.2-L (8 September 1987) on a televideo 386 machine. The machine has a 2MB ram board. Can't run ProComm ver 2.4.3 from DosMerge !!!!!!!!. When i switch from Unix to Dos, and try to execute ProComm from my ProComm directory, ProComm hangs up !!!!!. After the logo has been displayed and ProComm displays "initializing" at the bottom of the screen everything i silent. When i boot Ms-Dos from my floppy-diskette and execute ProComm from floppy, everything works just fine. (Merge 386 use Ms-Dos version 3.21). Another problem is that i can't use Ctrl-s and Ctrl-q (XON/XOFF) the system hangs up and i have too take a re-boot from harddisk again (TERM=AT386). I have no experience in using Microport (4 days), so i am wondering if there is somthing missing ??????. Can sombody help me ? -- Jon Tr|stheim, Fellesdata a.s, P.O.
