User) trade-in my cpu for an expanded version but am interested in keeping my software (ie. trade Apple ][ for Apple III with Apple ][ emulation). I would think it would be proper for me to keep running the software. (This implies user specific, not cpu specific licensing). What if I have two machines in my office. Would it be equally correct to use it one or the other? Could I equally well give my secretary my copy to use for me? What about the case where I find myself in a multi-processor environment-- where the processors are not coupled tightly enough to appear as one machine). Obviously, the list of issues goes on and on. One might suppose that the high court will eventually decide the issue. Ken
