Based on the volume of articles on AI in net.misc we should create a
net.ai or at least a net.misc.ai.

Hear, hear!  Let's get that AI trash out of net.misc and into its own
news group.  I myself don't really care whether Andy Tannenbaum is a
human or an AI experiment, whether AI research has achieved the intelligence
of birds, or what a Turing test is.

Let's put it all into net.ai!!
