<I'm getting tired of typing this line>
HELP !!! My father is considering buying a Columbia computer for his
business. Besides the obvious word-processing, accounts *able, he also
wants to do a little custom software development on it. (He's a Mech E.)
I'd be grateful for information on the following:
First, exactly how IBM-compatible is the Columbia? Is there software that
won't run? Does software have to be ported or converted in some way, or is
like the Compaq, where 99% of the stuff will run without alteration?
Second, what compilers are out for it? Are they any good?
Third, if you've used it, what do you think of it?
