Does anyone know how to reach Kris Van Marcke at Dida*El in Milan via e-mail?

I'm interested in finding out if GTE-0 (Van Marcke, K., A Generic Tutoring
Environment, Proc. ECAI-90) is available through ftp or some other
distribution.
