I am posting this request for a friend, please forgive me if I am
overlooking some posting etiquette!
What is needed are any tricks, tips or references related
to the application of HPLC techniques to the analysis and/or isolation
of very small quantities of serum. Ultimately mice will provide the
source of serum if this is any indication of the quantities involved.
Any and all cooperation would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!
