I have been using the system for almost 3 years now and have found it excellent. Response from everybody at bionet has been fast (usually within half a day though the e-mail!), very courtious and extremely helpful. Don't let the negative comments get you down. There are a large group of us out here that support you wholeheartedly. Again thanks for the great job you are doing. Please pass this on to our other friends at bionet!
