[bionet.molbio.proteins] pdb by network?

Does anyone know if the Brookhaven PDB crystal structure data base is
accessible by the Internet or by e-mail?  I don't need the whole
database, but I'd like to look at (or ftp) the list of proteins that
have crystal structures in the database.
