Joe, The Brookhaven Protein Databank , and associated structure data, is available via the EMBL File Server. Send an e-mail mesage to the address NETSERV@EMBL.BITNET containing the commands: HELP HELP PROTEINDATA for details of whats available and how to us the server. The first time you access the pdb data, you will receive by e-mail a form to be filled in and returned to Brookhaven. It will involve no cost to you, EMBL has paid for a licence to distribute the pdb data in this way. Peter Stoehr EMBL Data Library
