I would appreciate any information, preferably the latest references, on signal peptide consensus sequences (i.e. specificity of signal peptidases). I am in the process of identifying a protein sequence based on cDNA structure. Please respond to BITNET "UCHKHMR@MTSUNIX1". Thanks!
