[bionet.molbio.yeast] looking for a trp1 mutation with a very low reversion frequency

I am having  problems with using the trp1-289 marker.  This marker reverts at a 
frequency of 10-7 . I would like to have trp1 mutation that has a much lower 
revertion frequency. Please help me.
