Is there any reasonable device independent graphics software out there, compatible with C? I will pay if I have to, as long as price is less than $100. Source code would be real nice (why program in C if you can't play with the source code?). Support for printers would be nice, too. Thanks, Allan Doyle allan%mit-cogs@mit-mc.arpa mitvax!mitccc!allan Please mail to me directly if you can (ARPA will cause problems, I know and our UUCP link is tenuous, at best), and I will summarize.

[ I'm not about to try mailing to an ARPA address! ] Hi, I would have sent this by mail, but I couldn't find a path to mitvax. A whole bunch of stuff on device independent graphics was posted to net.sources around Christmas. It was all written in C. I saved all of it, but haven't had an opportunity to do anything with it yet (Not even unpack it!). The whole thing that I have is around 578K bytes in size, so I'll make a lot of of enemies if I send it via mail. If you want it, and can't find it closer to where you are, mail me and set up a direct uucp link. You'll have to pay the phone charges. NOTE - If you're reading this on info-micro or whatever, net.sources is a USENET newsgroup which is not gatewayed to the ARPA-NET to the best of my knowledge. Some other groups (including this one are!) Regards, -- Binayak Banerjee {allegra | astrovax | bpa | burdvax}!sjuvax!bbanerje
