Subject: TREHALASE
I have recently started a post-doc research project on nephrotoxicity and
I am interested in looking at the renal brush border enzyme trehalase.
Does anyone have either any useful comments to make regarding relevant
aspects of this enzyme, or would anyone be willing to send me an early
Christmas present of some anti-Trehalse antisera. I am in the process
determining the best isolation procedure for this enzyme with a view to
raising antibodies to it. Any help/comments/miracles offered will be much
appreciated. If you don't know anything about this enzyme why not give
someone who might a gentle nudge in my direction.
Thanks.
