Does anyone have or know someone who has sequence for the BglII fragment containing the S. cerevisiae LEU2 gene in the region OUTSIDE of the XhoI-SalI fragment that is in the databanks? Even better, how about the entire PstI fragment that was originally isolated? If someone can send it to me or tell me who to contact about it, I will put it in my BIONET directory for public access.
