Re-the recent requests for imformation on proprietary isolation methods for DNA binding proteins. I have not used it myself but, PROMEGA offer an affinity purification system along the lines that Gayle Burns suggests called "Gene regulator Affinity binding" (GRAB), Cat. No. J1001.
