We and others are having problems with Boehringer Mannheim calf intestine phosphatase (CIP), until recently the best available. Activities of recently purchased enzyme are low and yield only incomplete digests. Has anyone been able to circumvent this problem? Alternatively, is there a bona fide substitute vendor with proven high quality CIP? Thanks for your feedback.
