[bionet.molbio.methds-reagnts] Introduction of Liposomes to Cells

ladasky@codon1.berkeley.edu (John Ladasky;1021 Solano No. 2;528-8666) (09/02/89)

Flavio Codeco was looking for a good liposome preparation technique.
I would also be interested in this, although I'm looking for larger vesicles -
say 100-200 nm.

Also, I would be most interested in hearing about any non-destructive
methods for fusing such liposomes with human cells, specifically leucocytes.
Folks where I work are having trouble introducing liposomes to cells without
thrashing the cytoplasm. We're working on a reagent-delivery mechanism for a
flow cytometry assay, so the protocol needn't be anything for in vivo use...

	Thanks in advance.
