A friend not on the net needs to buy a sequencing machine. From personal experience, he's not interested in the DuPont machine. Therefore, it comes down to big bucks for the ABI vs. less bucks for the EGG machine. He (and I) would appreciate a short note (to davison@uh.edu or DAVISON@UHOU on BITNET) about which machine you use and what you like or dislike.
