Hello everyone! Does anybody know how we can obtain sequence information of the plasmid pAC610 used for expression studies in the baculovirus system. We are also interested in sequences of the plasmides pVL1392 and pVL1393 used for the same purpose. The sequence part around the multiple cloning site is of main importance. Of course we checked EMBL and GENBANK databases, but to no avail. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kay Hofmann (akc01@aix370.rrz.uni-koeln.de)
