We have had good luck doing PCR from animal cells (Rat1-based lines, I
believe) with no particular problems.  Our protocol was not

I have no idea what VIRAPAP is.  We always started with growing cells.

Hello 

Has anyone done PCR directly from cell samples and what problems
have you had if you had done PCR directly from cell samples...
I have tried to do PCR from so called VIRAPAP samples but I have
not succeeded well can you help me
