Hello Has anyone made in vitro translations with reticulo lysate and purified mRNA preparates? Amershams Tobacco Mosaic Virus reference works well but my own mRNA not I am using TMV enzyme reverse transcriptase from AMV and normal in vitro translation protocols... Hello Still waiting for answers to my problems with in vitro translations with own mRNA preparates Control which is Amershams tobacco mosaic virus mRNA with reticulo lysate works but not my own mRNA I have purified this mRNA with oligo-DT cellulose column and ethanol precipitation with NaOac Na+ interferes translation But are there some other problems ....
