Hello I am looking for a Cat (chloramphenicol acetyl transferase) cassette that has had the internal NcoI site removed/deleted/changed. Also, if it were to have an NcoI site at the AUG, I would be ecstatic. I am working with someone who needs just such a beast for some expression work, and would rather find it somewhere than have to make it.
