Help. I want to make several size selected genomic carrot libraries using Charon 21A to help me pull out the genomic equivalent of a particular cDNA. One library will contain HindIII fragments from 2.0 to 4.5 kb and the other library will be an EcoRI from 3.0 to 9.0 kb. Any suggestions about my choice of vector and/or where I might be able to obtain Charon 21A (perhaps as phosphotased arms) would be helpful. Thanks. -- --- Later, EB
