[alt.aquaria] Tank light

Hi group ....

I have a 20 gallon tank. Well, everybody I asked said something different
about the best time to light the tank.

Any suggestions ?

I started my fresh water tank about 2 months ago, and Iam still having
problems with lightning. I asked so many pets shops, and everyone gives me
a defferent timing.

Could anybody tell me the best time to turn the lights on 
 And for how long ?
