Going to CHI '91? Need a room? I'm going to CHI '91 in New Orleans this year and have reservations at the Clarion right downtown (walking distance to the conference and the French Quarter). Unfortunately, the US Government in all its wisdom, won't pay more than $60/night, and the Clarion costs $89/night. (Despite the fact that I will save more than the difference avoiding rental car and parking charges! I need someone to share a double room for the nights of April 17 to May 1. If you can stay the whole time, I can probably get away with asking for just the $29/night difference, else we can split the cost for the nights you can stay.
