[rec.food.recipes] FISH: Anchovy Pasta Sauce

Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add sliced garlic (2 cloves per 
serving) and brown, then add anchovies (1 oz. per serving) and
blend them into the sauce, until you have a smooth consistency.
Add salt if desired (the anchovies, unless fresh, will probably
have more than enough salt). Pour sauce over pasta (I recommend 
capellini). 

I apologize if this is a bit vague compared to many recipes --
this is the way I cook. My mood and environment influence what,
and how I'm putting things together. :-)
