Per serving: 1 piece pita bread 1 tomato slice 1 oz. mozzeralla and/or feta cheese 1/2 oz. anchovies 1 oz. tuna fish 1 garlic clove 1/3 chili pepper Open can of anchovies. Drain oil to moisten surface of pita bread. Slice cheese and spread over surface of pita. Add tuna, anchovies, pepper, garlic. Top with a slice of tomato. Place in pre-heated oven at 350 F, and bake until pita is crisp on edges. Serve. (why do many recipes say "Serve." at the end?
