	(serves 2)

	1 cup white flour
	2 egg whites
	4 Oz. skim milk
	2 T. evaporated milk
	Golden Raisins
	Noodles (any kind)

	 In saucepan, boil noodles until soft. Slowly add flour and
simmer 30 min. Mix eggs and evaporated milk in seperate bowl, then
fold into heated mixture. Simmer another 15 minutes, adding skim milk
as needed, and pour mixture into lasagne pan (standard size -mixture
should not be more than .5 inches deep). 

	Bake until golden. Cool. Garnish with raisins.
