[from Wine Spectator, June 30th, 1990] 4 cups mixed fresh berries, rinsed well 1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp powdered sugar 2 tbsp anise-flavored liqueur (such as Sambuca Romana) Arrange berries in bowls or wine glasses. In a mixing bowl blend remaining ingredients, adding milk if necessary to make a thick, barely pourable sauce. Add dash of vanilla if desired. Pour over berries and garnish with mint sprigs. Serves 6.
