I'm looking for a recipe for those great italian rolls that you make hoagies out of. The recipes I've tried just don't seem to give me the texture I'm use to in the really great bakeries. Also since I'm not the most experienced baker and I'm the first to admit that maybe the problem isn't in the recipe, I'm also looking for any hints as to how to properly prepare them.
