Try this!

Peach Crunch

7-8 fresh peaches
1/2 pint fresh/frozen blueberries (optional)
1 c. bisquick
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. rolled oats (cooking variety)
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 t. cinnamon
Coolwhip/cream (optional)

Peel and slice peaches into a rectangular glass baking dish. Wash berries
and sprinkle over peaches. Mix bisquick, sugar, and cinnamon in a large
bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly looking. Add pecans and oats.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for
about 35 minutes or until crumble is nicely browned. Serve hot with
cream, coolwhip, or ice cream.

This doesn't have that much sugar or margarine in it, so it is relatively
healthy and my family seems to like it.
