REQUEST: Spanish food recipes wanted


As a project for my Spanish class everyone in my class
is suppose to cook a Spanish dish and bring it to class.
Could someone please post/send me a few simple recipes
of Spanish dishes? 

I'm a pretty good cook so the recipes don't have to be
too simple.
