[rec.food.recipes] REQUEST: Coq au vin, Apple Butter, Sicilian Pizza

   I'd like to find recipes for these three recipes.  It's been
   many years since I've had Coq au vin or Sicilian pizza.
   The pizza we used to get when in New Canen, Connecticut
   in the Jewish italian sections.  I haven't been to Conn in
   many years, so my memory isn't clear.  I recall it as being
   a very thick crusted pizza dough that was almost as thick in
   the middle as the crust was.
   Coq au vin (chicken in wine sauce) is one of my brother-in-law's
   favorite dishes.  'Nuf said.
   As to the apple butter; my sister would like to make it, but none
   of her cookbooks have it.  A recipe on how to make apple butter
   would be much appreciated.
