I am looking for a good recipe for Jaeger Schnitzel. Any help in this quest would be most appreciated. The style I have in mind is a veal or chicken dish in heavy gravy with lots of mushrooms and possibly a bit of sherry. A local resturant makes it and I would like to know how they do it.
