Greetings! Does anyone have a recipe for "Ome Rice" (omelette rice)? It's served in various parts of Asia; in particular, Japan and Korea and is essentially a large thin omelette encasing a mound of tomatoey spanish-style rice often served with tonkatsu sauce. I've tried duplicating it at home several times and can't seem to capture the proper flavor. Any help?
