I am trying to master Southern Fried Chicken. Does anyone have a good recipe. I looking for one with a thick, crunch, tasty skin -- sorta like Kentucky Fried Chicken's original recipe but as crunchy as their extra crispy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. My new husband loves fried chicken.
