I'm looking for a recipe for this Italian Garlic dish, which I ate with an Italian friend a couple of times. It's basically made with a ton of garlic fried in lots of olive oil, mixed with lots of anchovies. Then it is used as a dip, by dipping pieces of vegetables into it. I've been searching for recipes for years. Can someone help me? -Arild
