So I went home to check my recipe for the Chicken Posole, and I noticed
I had one or two parity hits on my memory....

Omit:
	Sage
	(Optionally omit chili powder; I use it occasionally, but it isn't
	 in the recipe)

Add:
	1 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
	1 1/2 Tsp. Oregano
	1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
	1 14 Oz. can, or 1 pkg. fresh Tomatillos, chopped or food-processed

Preparation changes:
	1)  Start by sauteing onion, garlic and oregano in olive oil, until
	    onion is soft.  Cook it in the pot you'll be cooking the whole
	    soup in.
	2)  _Then_ add the other ingredients, including the Tomatillos, and
	    cook.
	3)  Cooking time:  30 - 45 minutes.

Oops.  But not major loss if someone doesn't read this follow up.  The
Tomatillos, although they add a distinctive flavor, aren't critical.
Since my grocer doesn't sell them canned, and since he doesn't always
have them fresh, I've omitted them more than once, and the resulting
dish is still good.
