Here's a nifty chip or veggie dip which you serve up warm. Great for holiday guests! 8 oz cream cheese softened 7.5 oz crab meat flaked and rinsed 2 Tbs chopped onion 2 Tbs milk 1.5 tsp horseradish (I add a little more) .25 tsp salt dash pepper Mix all ingredients and slap in a casserole dish. If you're feeling punchy, sprinkle some sliced almonds over the top. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Serve hot! Tip: if you use canned crap meat, get the perishable stuff and try to use (in order of preference) backfin, lump, or special. Do NOT go with the cheap variety found on an unrefrigerated shelf.
