My kids gave me a "double thumbs-up!" on this one -- it's really a great, super easy treat! (Excerpted from "Six Ingredients or Less" by Carlean Johnson. 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 cups raisins 1/2 cup peanuts 1 cup corn flakes Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, raisins, peanuts and corn flakes. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Makes about 3 dozen. Freezes well too! Variation: spread mixture evenly into lightly buttered 9-inch square dish, cut into squares. Enjoy!
